I have tried to compile various works-in-progress as some of them may be useful as-is ( due to embedded links and features ) or thought provoking ( anyone want to continue developing these or related apps). All of this code was developed using Cygwin on Windoze but should be adaptable to most linux systems. Code consists mostly of c++ as well as bash and perl scripts.
There are two major examples along with supporting scripts and some minor things that may be useful for related efforts( one example is the SEC script to download and reformat their full text search results ). The annotater code annotates sequences according to rules ( also refered to as string manipulation code later):

The second example is a glut based pdb viewer skeleton ( provides some scripting and cavity code): Glut images pagethat also functions as a real time ( slow, but will work indefinitely on a data stream) interactive data viewer.
